We had a great relay tonight with the Tea Party 365 (NYC) group underneath the Brooklyn Bridge - felt a bit like a mafioso in the upper room of Front Street Restaurant! David Webb, and Kellen Duida put on a great show with: Dick Armey, Kevin McCullough, Ed Cox, and Ben McGrath (from The New Yorker) and a packed house of New York Tea Partiers. Dick Armey was passionate, and really fired up the crowd, as did Kevin McCullough. I also delivered what I believe to have been my best speech to date, (unfortunately there were no cameras rolling tonight - oups). But, it did get us set up to do some national radio shows, which made it all worthwhile! Everyone seemed to enjoy signing the declaration of Independence. Tonight had a real revolutionary feel; as though we were truly a part of the beginning of the Re-founding. Many of them had not heard of the destruction our government has caused in our Valley, but once they did, they were livid! Nothing like getting room full of New Yorkers angry - they will be strong allies in the weeks and months to come.
We are on to Pennsylvania tomorrow and then to Ohio. I know the Lord is with us and will bless us as we continue to follow His lead.

We had a wonderful turnout in Worcester to hear about the plight of the valley farmers. It was a great first stop for our relay across the country and I want to thank Ken for all his efforts.
Currently we are having a lovely Mexican meal. The drive from Maine down was uneventful. Would that all our events go so well.
